Artist in Residence - Jeremy Zierau

1805 Gallery is pleased to announce the launch of an Artist Residency program. The residency is an opportunity for emerging artists of all media to explore concepts unique to their practice. Work produced by 2016-2017 resident artists will be presented at Art Above Fall 2017, a contemporary art exhibition located on the rooftop of the Porto Vista Hotel.

1805 Gallery is thrilled to host Jeremy Zierau as the first resident artist of 2016. Zierau will be working in the gallery from Friday, September 2 through Friday, November 18, 2016.   While in residence, Zierau will create art object pairings and produce a weekly podcast that documents conversations with local artists about irrelevant topics. Celebrate the commencement of Jeremy Zierau's residency on September 3, 2016 from 6-10PM.
