RY BELOIN : WE SEE YOU, WE’RE LISTENING
Friday, December 8, 6-9PM
1805 Gallery is pleased to present We see you, we’re listening, a solo exhibition featuring new work by resident artist Ry Beloin. In residence, Ry Beloin engages individuals from San Diego’s local community through a process of portrait sculpture that incorporates dialogue as an essential component. Please join us on Friday, December 8, from 6-9 PM to celebrate the work of Ry Beloin and support her practice of community engagement.
Beloin is well known for her hauntingly beautiful oil paintings, charcoal drawings and surreal clay sculptures. She holds a BFA in Drawing & Painting from Laguna College of Art & Design, a dually accredited college also endorsed by the Art Renewal Center.
Beloin’s residency project will be in progress through Saturday, December 23, 2017. For more information regarding Ry Beloin or to participate in Beloin’s residency project please contact 1805 Gallery Director Lauren Siry at lsiry@1805gallery.com.

ABOUT 1805 GALLERY
1805 Gallery functions as an open artist studio and exhibition space with a mission to encourage meaningful dialogue and art appreciation. To further develop this goal, 1805 Gallery launched an Artist Residency program in the Fall of 2016. The residency is an opportunity for emerging artists of all media to explore concepts unique to their practice while engaging the local community.
